Bulk excavation adjacent to existing structures; strip and pad foundations; RC floor slabs; foul and surface water drainage; ducting and service installation; hardstandings, kerbing, and reinstatement.
Challenge
Live working environment with public interface and multiple trades on site simultaneously. Controlled excavation adjacent to existing building with live gas mains. Phased programme execution required.
Delivered
Full groundworks package delivered within live and constrained environment. Traffic management maintained, existing services protected, phased works completed to contractor programme.
