About Kevin Coleman Construction
Kevin Coleman Construction was established in 2005 by Kevin and Caitriona Coleman with a clear aim: to build a construction company capable of delivering complete civils and groundworks packages under one roof.
From the beginning, the company was built around practical problem-solving, reliable delivery and the ability to take responsibility for more than one element of a project. Our first project involved completing a business park, including final connections to public utilities, access roads, footpaths, material coordination and the management of specialist subcontractors required to bring the works to completion.
Since then, Kevin Coleman Construction has continued to grow through experience, investment and long-term relationships with contractors, developers and clients across Ireland.
Today, we deliver structural civils, groundworks, drainage, retaining structures, culverts, infrastructure works and site development packages for main contractors, developers and commercial clients.
Complete Package Delivery
One of the key strengths of Kevin Coleman Construction is our ability to take ownership of a full package of works.
We are not simply a labour-only subcontractor or plant hire provider. We bring together experienced site teams, our own plant fleet, in-house equipment and practical construction knowledge to deliver coordinated civils packages from excavation through to finished works.
This allows clients to deal with one contractor for a wider scope of works, helping reduce delays, coordination issues and gaps between trades.
Our Plant, Equipment & Capability
Kevin Coleman Construction has continually invested in plant, machinery and specialist attachments to improve the range of work we can deliver directly.
Our fleet includes tracked excavators ranging from smaller machines through to larger excavators suitable for structural civils, drainage, excavation and site development works.
We also operate a range of attachments and equipment including tree shears, fixed knife mulchers, tilt grading buckets, pallet forks, 360-degree grab attachments, specialist drainage buckets and concrete finishing tools.
Alongside our excavators, we operate tractors with a range of attachments including dump trailers, low loaders, front loaders, land levellers, harrows and specialist land improvement equipment including the Seppi Starsoil.
This in-house capability gives us greater control over programme, mobilisation and delivery, while reducing reliance on third-party plant hire.
