Mountneil, Waterford — Residential Retaining Structure
Kevin Coleman Construction delivered a 150-metre reinforced concrete retaining wall within a live residential development. The wall reached up to 6 metres in height and required close coordination with the structural engineer, controlled pour sequencing and delivery without disrupting the wider housing programme.

Waterford Crystal, Claremont — Groundworks & Civils
Kevin Coleman Construction delivered a full groundworks package within a live operational environment. The scope included bulk excavation adjacent to existing structures, foundations, slabs, foul and surface water drainage, ducting, hardstandings, kerbing and phased reinstatement works.

Featured Infrastructure Project
M11 Motorway — Precast Culvert Installation
Kevin Coleman Construction delivered a complete civil and drainage structure package for BAM Contracting. The works included excavation and disposal, dewatering, base blinding, installation of precast culvert sections, reinforcement, concrete works, backfilling and drainage.
The full scope was delivered as one coordinated package, helping remove gaps between excavation, structural works and drainage delivery.
